With over 25 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry, Mr. Deepak Periwal serves as the CFO of Riviera Infraprojects, where his expertise helps him lead the areas such as financial planning and management, strategic decision, costing and budgeting, MIS and Statutory Compliances for domestic as well as international business. He is a Chartered Accountant and company secretary by profession and has also undertaken an esteemed course on leadership development from IIMA . His remarkable journey in the construction and real estate sectors includes pivotal roles at prestigious organizations such as Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd, Sterling & Wilson and DLF Ltd underscoring his proven track record. With his vivid experience, Mr Periwal’s strategic financial leadership is instrumental in driving Riviera's success and sustainability in the infrastructure industry.
Mr. Manish Dave brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge and experience to Riviera Infraprojects Pvt Ltd, with a distinguished career spanning across 33 years. Holding the dual roles of COO and CTO, Mr. Manish Dave is armed with a BE in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Business Management. His extensive background includes impactful tenures at Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, JMC Projects (India) Limited, and Hitech Projects Private Limited, where he honed his skills in business & operational excellence and technological innovation. Mr. Manish Dave's leadership is a cornerstone of Riviera's business strategies, operational systems, and technological advancements, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
Mr. Deep R. Shah is a distinguished Construction and Project Management professional with 12 years of comprehensive experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Holding an M.Tech. in Construction & Project Management from CEPT University, where he was awarded a Gold Medal, Deep has a proven track record in project coordination, execution, tendering, and contracts management. His career showcases successful management of high-value projects, exceptional skill in budgeting, and strategic planning. Currently serving as GM - BD & Tendering at Riviera Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., Deep is renowned for his analytical approach, operational efficiency, and adeptness in leveraging technology to optimize project outcomes.
Mr. Chandra Shekhar Prasad Bhatta is a seasoned professional in project and contracts management with over 25 years of experience. Specializing in industrial, real estate, and infrastructure management, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, finance control, risk management, and project execution. Holding prominent positions such as General Manager at SCC Infrastructure and GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO. LTD., Bhatta has led significant projects across India, including power plants, industrial constructions, and high-rise buildings. His expertise extends to managing comprehensive project life cycles, ensuring completion within time and budget, while upholding quality standards.
