Project Description:
Riviera Infraprojects has been awarded the civil construction contract for the ETP Main Building at CG Semi Private Limited's state-of-the-art semiconductor facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The scope encompasses end-to-end civil works including earthwork, reinforced concrete structures, structural steel, block masonry, plastering, false ceiling, high-performance flooring systems such as PU and acid-resistant tiles, waterproofing, and finishing works. Designed under the guidance of Jacobs Solutions India as consultant and Tata Consulting Engineers as PMC, the project is scheduled for completion within 10 months. This landmark project reinforces Riviera Infraprojects' growing footprint in industrial and high-specification manufacturing infrastructure across Gujarat.
