Project HOPE – A Step Towards Brighter Futures
At Riviera Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., we believe our responsibility extends far beyond the buildings we construct. Through our flagship CSR initiative, Project HOPE, we are committed to supporting the children of our construction workers by providing them with access to quality education, care, and a nurturing environment. In partnership with Maya Foundation, Project HOPE aims to create meaningful impact in the lives of these children by focusing on three key areas — education, health & hygiene, and life skills.

Daily Schooling & Learning
We run dedicated schools six days a week, offering structured education and interactive learning activities.
Nutritious Meals
Every child is provided with two healthy meals each day, supporting both physical and mental development.
Seasonal Care
We ensure children are equipped with umbrellas and raincoats during the monsoon, and warm clothes during winter, keeping their health a priority.
Celebrating Together
From Diwali to Christmas, we celebrate every festival with the children — spreading happiness, building confidence, and promoting social inclusion.

At Riviera Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., we believe that infrastructure is not just about concrete and steel—it’s about people. With Project InfraNext, we are taking a step toward shaping India’s future by creating a skilled workforce ready to take on tomorrow’s challenges.
What We Do:
Reaching Talented Youth Across India
We welcome young individuals from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in the construction and infrastructure field.
Full Support During Training
All participants receive free travel, meals, and accommodation throughout their training period—removing any financial burden on them or their families.
Certified Training Programs
Our industry-recognized training sessions focus on practical knowledge and skills that directly apply to on-site project work.
Paid On-Site Experience
After training, participants are placed at Riviera Infraprojects’ active project locations. For the next 11 months, they work under expert supervision, receive a monthly stipend, and continue with periodic upskilling sessions to enhance their learning.
