He is a Chartered Accountant and company secretary by profession and has also undertaken an esteemed course on leadership development from IIMA . His remarkable journey in the construction and real estate sectors includes pivotal roles at prestigious organizations such as Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd, Sterling & Wilson and DLF Ltd underscoring his proven track record. With his vivid experience, Mr Periwal’s strategic financial leadership is instrumental in driving Riviera's success and sustainability in the infrastructure industry.

Holding the dual roles of COO and CTO, Mr. Manish Dave is armed with a BE in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Business Management. His extensive background includes impactful tenures at Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, JMC Projects (India) Limited, and Hitech Projects Private Limited, where he honed his skills in business & operational excellence and technological innovation. Mr. Manish Dave's leadership is a cornerstone of Riviera's business strategies, operational systems, and technological advancements, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
