Riviera Infraprojects has been entrusted with the execution of the core and shell construction works for Godrej Green Terraces, a premium residential development by Godrej Properties located in Panvel, Maharashtra. The project consists of five residential towers, including four G+42-storey towers and one G+43-storey tower, collectively spanning approximately 1.94 million sq. ft. of built-up area. The scope of work encompasses earth filling, anti-termite treatment, reinforced concrete construction, reinforcement, conventional and aluminium formwork, structural steel, and other critical civil activities required for high-rise execution.
